Good morning Linda, Jerome, and Rebecca,

Well, I have been a home owner for a week and it feels fantastic. Painters have come in to do the ceilings and all carpets have been cleaned – the place looks great. As a first time homeowner, the whole “pride” thing is truly a feeling that everyone needs to experience. I am looking forward to painting and all other things that you cannot do as a renter.

Although Linda has heard this several times, I feel that I should pass this testimonial on to all who were involved in the purchase of my home. In an effort to not sound insincere, I will not use the word “flawless” when describing my experience with Linda and Coldwell Burnet. Though I will not say “flawless”, I truly cannot remember a situation or instance where I felt that I was not receiving the utmost attention or service. All those involved ( especially Linda) in the decision-making helped me arrive at my own conclusion without persuasion – this is very important to those of us type “A” personalities. On that note, the fact that I (type “A” personality) was calm and collected through the entire closing experience is probably one of the highest compliments that you could receive. The instruction, explanation, professionalism, and execution at closing made this the pleasant experience that it should be.
